Dr. Hannah Young

PT, DPT, CrossFit L2, NASM CPT, Precision Nutrition L1

Hannah is originally from Colorado and went to Rutgers University for undergrad. She studied cell biology, neuroscience and psychology and upon graduating, backpacked across Europe for a few months. She took her first job in healthcare market research in Washington, DC then left the corporate world to work as a full-time personal trainer then CrossFit coach and gym manager. She lived in Austria for a year before completing her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree at South College in Knoxville, TN. Recently, Hannah made her last (and hopefully final!) move to PDX. She’s only been in Portland for a short time, but she’s already fallen in love with the city, its community, and all that it has to offer!

“The most powerful thing on earth is the human soul on fire”

Core Values: Some of her core values are integrity, kindness, and community

Hannah enjoys working with a variety of patients, especially weightlifters, hybrid athletes, weekend warriors, runners, post-op patients, and chronic pain patients.

Hannah likes working at PT360 because of the collaborative environment, wealth of knowledge, and the fact that they genuinely enjoy working with each other and their patients!

In her free time, you can find Hannah at the gym! Olympic weightlifting and CrossFit are her jam, and she’s discovering a love for running. She also loves hiking with her dog, biking, dancing, working on DIY projects, and checking out art museums and galleries!
