Bijay Upadhyaya

I grew up in Nepal, a small South Asian country sandwiched between India and China, and frequently traveled to India and Nepal for physical therapy school and work before moving here. I have four years of experience as a physical therapist, working in diverse settings ranging from pediatrics to orthopedic clinics to providing care for persons with disabilities.
The core values that drive me are empathy and humanity.

I am passionate about helping patients overcome functional hindrances and specialize in physical therapy.

Outside of work, I enjoy reading, writing, and traveling.
