Elle Soluna
I’m a recent PNW transplant and already feel more at home here than I ever have. I moved to San Jose, California during the pandemic, and to Portland at the beginning of 2024. It has been incredible and surreal to explore all of the breathtaking nature we have close by and to go try skiing and snowboarding for the first time ever! I was also very surprised to find out how popular food trucks are here, and admittedly am now somewhat obsessed with trying as many of them as possible.
Throughout my career, I’ve consistently held administrative or customer support roles. Beginning in food service as a teenager, I gained invaluable experience in communication and interpersonal skills. I believe this beginning instilled in me a customer-centered, solution-oriented approach that I carry to this day. Following a brief hiatus to have my three beautiful children, I returned to the workforce as a service administrator. In this role, I honed my account management and conflict resolution abilities, and further developed my confidence in mediating between businesses and their customers. Prior to and during the height of the pandemic, I worked as a CNA on a Neuro Unit in Houston’s Medical Center for a year. This experience ignited my passion for healthcare and the healing process. Since then, I’ve continued to support patients in various medical settings and find immense gratification in this fulfilling work. Helping people feel better is truly my passion.
The core values that drive my life are, honesty, community, and compassion. Life can be hard, being kind to one another makes it a little easier.

I have the pleasure of managing our front desk staff, clinic workflow, and ensuring that every patient experience is exemplary. When insurance or accounting needs to be straightened out, I’m happy to support our clinic in making those calls and doing the behind-the-scenes work. Additionally, I am constantly seeking to improve our systems and processes so that every aspect of our clinic runs smoothly and efficiently. I pride myself in creating a welcoming space and a supportive, healing experience for everyone who walks through our door. Please ask for me if you have any questions, concerns, or feedback!
The process of billing and communicating with insurance companies can be confusing and time-consuming. It is my personal goal to make the money and insurance aspect of visits as clear and painless as possible, maximizing the time that patients can focus on their healing journey.
We have created a team of folks who really value teamwork and prioritize our patients. I love watching the passion our clinicians have as they are treating and seeing the smiles on our patients’ faces as they leave! We work hard to create a warm and comfortable space where everyone feels supported and empowered. Our clinic believes that creating such a space will promote healing and well-being for everyone here, staff and patient alike. ALL are welcome here! It has been such a pleasure to watch our values and goals alive in action through our team, and to see the positive differences we are making in people’s lives. Check out our Win Board in the clinic and our many testimonies and photos on the walls. We look forward to adding your success story!
Outside work, I enjoy hiking, playing video games, rock climbing, crocheting, and relaxing on a patio playing board games somewhere in Portland. Getting outside, especially when the sun is out, makes me feel revitalized and ready to take on anything.
