Earning five stars on one review platform is impressive. Earning five stars across Google, Yelp, and Facebook is almost unheard of. PT 360 Sports Medicine & Spine Therapy in Portland has achieved exactly that, making it a clear leader for patients searching for “best physical therapy in Portland.”
Why Cross-Platform Reputation Matters
Each platform measures a different slice of the patient experience:
- Google is the most visible and trusted for local search and maps.
- Yelp often highlights in-depth reviews from highly engaged patients.
- Facebook reflects genuine community word-of-mouth.
For PT 360 to hold a perfect rating across all three means one thing: consistency. No matter the platform, patients describe the same qualities , expert care, supportive staff, advanced treatment, and life-changing results.
Yelp Reviews That Speak Volumes
Kelly I., a fellow healthcare provider, shares:
“PT 360 is the best! I am an acupuncturist who came in for help with shoulders in the early freezing stage of frozen shoulder. During appointments I demonstrated range of motion, received hands-on bodywork, and was shown and practiced a variety of exercises using their in-house gym that I was then able to take home and practice daily. Within a few short weeks we were able to halt the freezing process. I cannot recommend them highly enough!”
Garet V., an athlete, explains:
“Worked with multiple different PTs at PT360, but primarily with Candis. I came in initially because I was unable to play soccer due to a severe version of turf toe. A great mix of manual work, exercise regiment building, and just some commiseration and morale management got me back on the court/field after a couple months. I added a lot of lifelong skills to my durability toolbelt along the way learning from these folks. Thank you PT 360 team!!”
And Harley L. tells an extraordinary story:
“I don’t know where I’d be without PT 360. In early March I was scheduled for a July 31, 2024 total knee replacement. I went in for an evaluation for ‘prehab’ to prepare me for surgery, recovery etc. Caitlin, my therapist, completed the evaluation and I began a 10 week, 2X a week, physical therapy program. Each week Caitlin added a variety of home exercises and in studio routines that allowed me to strengthen my right knee, increase flexion and regain extension of the right knee joint. My pain prior to treatment varied from 4-7 depending on activity, requiring NSAIDs, ice and rest for relief. During treatment I added twice-three times a week workouts on the recumbent bike at the gym and weights for flexion and extension. I completed the program Caitlin designed and can honestly say I am 100% better. I am walking upright for the first time in many months. I canceled my surgery last week. I know that surgery is still a distinct possibility down the line but, as long as I keep up my home exercises and gym work I can hopefully delay it for months, years or longer. So, in closing, let me say, I give PT 360 my highest rating and would recommend them to anyone seeking professional and attentive PT.”
The Local Awards That Reinforce Their Reputation
PT 360’s reviews are further supported by recognition including:
- Best of 2023 Portland (among Portland’s top physical therapy providers).

Combined with Dr. Shelly Coffman’s leadership and advanced fellowship training, these awards show why PT 360 isn’t just another PT clinic , it’s Portland’s most consistently recognized and trusted option for physical therapy, sports medicine, and spine therapy.
