Dr. Kelsey Howard

PT, DPT, Physical Therapist

Kelsey (She/Her) is a PNW native from Shoreline, Washington. Kelsey received her
undergraduate degree in exercise science from Eastern Washington University in Cheney,
Washington. Along the way to her first degree, she met her husband, Taylor. After spending
four years at EWU, the two decided to pursue further education and migrated to the greater
Portland area in 2021. She fell in love with Oregon and since moving has completed her Doctor
of Physical Therapy at Pacific University, adopted her two kittens, and got married in between
clinical rotations.

Kelsey enjoys treating a wide variety of patients and conditions, priding herself on creating a
safe, fun, and motivating environment for all. Kelsey has a special interest in pediatric care,
treating patients as young as infants working on muscle imbalances, motor skills, strength, and
coordination. In her free time, Kelsey can be found crocheting, drawing, or playing Nintendo
Switch games with her husband.
